This course offers 8 creative strategies which not only help licensees by teaching them about nontraditional financing methods but also offers them opportunities to earn additional commissions and income from their transactions.

 

**Students will need to bring a pencil and a simple calculator to class.**

For Your Own Good: REALTOR® Code of Ethics

This program meets the NAR quadrennial ethics requirement for all REALTORS® during the 3rd training cycle (beginning January, 2009 and ending December, 2012). This program deals with:

- The new ethical challenges to the real estate profession.                                                                                

- The purpose of a code of ethics and how it can help resolve ethical dilemmas.

- The critical elements of the REALTOR Code of Ethics.
