Agent Single Line Photo - April
A new report is available in Matrix that displays a preview of the first photo of each listing in the single line view.
It's called Agent Single Line Photo. Clicking the photo will pop up the gallery view, just like it would if you clicked the little photo icon you see in most of your other single-line view reports.

Public Remarks character limit - March
Each listing can now have up to 2500 characters for Public Remarks.

"Add New Listing" form
The "Commercial" property class has been renamed "Commercial Sale", further identifying the difference between a Commercial Sale and a Commercial Lease.
Property Info tab
The "Commercial Land" subtype has been removed from the Commercial Sale class. All Commercial Land listings should now be entered in the LAND category as "Vacant Land", along with "Commercial" selected as a Possible Use.
"Ground Lease" has been added as a new subtype to the Commercial Sale class.
A new "Live/Work YN" field has been added.
Selection items in the "Possible Use" field have been condensed from 42 to 6.
Possible Use is also an optional field now.
Attributes tab
"Building Sq Ft" has been changed to "Unit SF"
Commercial Sale Search page
Commercial Sale is the new label on search pages, and the "Live/Work YN" field as been added as a default criteria.
