New Primary Members: The Application Fees & Dues Schedule below shows the application fees with REALTOR® dues for GAR, MAR, and NAR.

New Secondary Members: Secondary membership is available only to REALTORS® who already have primary membership in another association.

Returning Members: If a member has dropped their membership with the association for more than one (1) year, they shall be treated as a “New Member.”

All GAR, MAR, and NAR Annual Membership Dues and Application Fees are non-refundable and subject to change.

One Time Gallatin Association of REALTORS® New Member Application Fee. - $1,000

One Time Montana Association of REALTORS® Application Fee. - $20

The annual National Association of REALTOR® ad campaign is not subject to proration. - $45

(When joining in September, you pay the prorated fee + the annual dues for the upcoming year.)

Annual membership dues are non-refundable.

GAR (local) is due in September, followed by MAR (state) and NAR (national) in November.

Subscription fees for April 1st, 2024 thru March 31st, 2025.

One-time BSCMLS Application fee: $1000.00

MLS annual subscription fee: $600.00 for REALTORS (prorated $50/month) or $420 for Appraisers (prorated $35/month)

Reinstatement fee: $1000.00 (applies if you have been inactive with BSC MLS for more than 90 days)

BSCMLS Agent Transfer Fee: $100.00 

New MLS company processing fee: $2,100.00 (if applicable)

**Joining in March, you are charged the prorated prorated fee and the annual amount in advance of the upcoming year.
