Purpose:  Acts as the judicial body of the Association, by conducting due process and hearings in accordance with the Code of Ethics, and Arbitration provisions of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Prerequisites:  Must be a member for one full year by the start of their term.

Requirements:  Must attend an annual Professional Standards training.

Members serve on this committee for a 3 year term.
